What can I do when the card doesn't show as ordered?

Because of a bad internet connection it sometimes happens that payments through for example PayPal succeed but the card details are not transfered correctly. 

Should you not see a order number in your PayPal transaction and only see "PPCP" in the subject line, please reach out to us with your transaction number at: support@mypostcard.com
