How long will MyPostcard take to arrive?

We print and ship your cards from Germany and USA within 24 hours. In Germany it roughly takes 1-2 business days, in the rest of EU, the US and Australia it usually takes 2-5 business days and in the rest of the world it can take up to 14 business days until your card arrives.

What do I do if my card hasn’t arrived yet?

Your card is probably still on it's way and will be delivered shortly. If your card hasn't arrived in the expected delivery time or you haven't received an order number from us, please get in touch with our support support@mypostcard.com.

What can I do when there are persons cut off from photo-box cards?

Is a person or the head of a person too close to the edge of a picture it can be the case that it gets cut off on a card. Please place your picture in our app so that persons are at least 5 mm (0.2 inches) away from the edge.
