How long will MyPostcard take to arrive?

We print and ship your cards from Germany and USA within 24 hours. In Germany it roughly takes 1-2 business days, in the rest of EU, the US and Australia it usually takes 2-5 business days and in the rest of the world it can take up to 14 business days until your card arrives.

What do I do if my card hasn’t arrived yet?

Your card is probably still on it's way and will be delivered shortly. If your card hasn't arrived in the expected delivery time or you haven't received an order number from us, please get in touch with our support support@mypostcard.com.

How much does MyPostcard cost?

Your postcard including printing, processing, taxes, and postage to an address anywhere in the world starts at €2,29. The cost of a greeting card starts at €3,49.

Why can’t I unsubscribe from some emails?

You can - of course - unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time. To do so, just click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our newsletters. This lets you opt out of specific types of emails (e.g. occasions, surveys, or offers) – or unsubscribe from all newsletters entirely.

Emails about your user account (e.g. security information) or individual orders (e.g. order or shipping confirmations) are (legally) necessary and therefore not part of this rule.
